Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the fragrance in its original luxury packaging to ensure the glass bottle is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it to the outside of your return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
